Hayley Moll, MBACP Psychotherapy & Counselling


A warm welcome, and thank you for visiting my website. I’m Hayley, a warm, intuitive and experienced therapist.

If you’re here, you may be going through something that feels difficult to carry on your own. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or finding it hard to make sense of your thoughts, feelings

or relationships.

I’m passionate about supporting people through both current and past experiences that may be causing psychological distress or discomfort. I offer a calm, professional space where you can feel truly listened to, valued, and understood.

I welcome adults from all backgrounds, including those navigating anxiety, depression, low mood, trauma, life transitions, or the impact of neurodiversity. This may also show up as difficulties in relationships, challenges communicating your needs, or a sense that your confidence and self-esteem have been affected.
My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your individual experience.

My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing on a range of methods and theories to suit you as a person. There is no pressure or expectation — we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together. I aim to create a space where you can be fully yourself, without judgement or the need to mask. Where we can gently explore whatever you’re facing.
