Location

I’m based in the city centre, Southernhay, Exeter, Devon. I work from Sapphire Practice Rooms alongside other therapist colleagues. The space is calming with views across the Cathedral and Southernhay Gardens.

There is a peaceful waiting room where you’re welcome to help yourself to a drink before your session. It’s a gentle place to arrive and settle before we begin.

I work with adults (18+) and older adults offering sessions either face‑to‑face or online via Zoom or over the phone. 

Online therapy works extremely well for many people, it can be just as effective as meeting in person. It offers flexibility, comfort and the ability to connect from a space that feels safe for you.

£55 per 1 hour session (first session charged at £45). 

There is on street parking outside and car parks close by.  Unfortunately there is no disabled access.
