Hayley Moll, MBACP Psychotherapy & Counselling

A warm welcome and thank you for visiting my website.  I’m Hayley, a warm, intuitive and experienced Therapist. I’m passionate about supporting people through current or past experiences that may be causing psychological distress or discomfort. I offer a calm, professional space where you’ll be listened to, valued and truly heard.


I welcome adults from all backgrounds including those navigating anxiety, depression, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or the impact of neurodiversity. 

My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.


My approach is holistic and integrative. I draw  on a range of methods and theories to suit your individual needs. There is no pressure or expectation. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. Sessions are held with care, confidentiality and a commitment to creating a space where you can be fully yourself.


I care deeply and am passionate about this work, and it would be a privilege to walk alongside you to grow into a life that feels fulfilling, meaningful and one in which you can truly thrive.
