I grew up in Devon but spent much of my childhood between Glastonbury and London. I come from a spiritual, multicultural family and those influences have shaped who I am today.
Since I was young, I’ve always loved fashion and felt a deep connection to healing, nature and the seasons.
I first became interested in becoming a Therapist at 16 when I studied Freud in A‑Level Psychology. Life, however took me on a different path. After completing my History degree, I spent some time living in the United States before ‘falling’ in and out of various jobs and eventually settling into the corporate world of HR. On my last big birthday, it felt like the right time to finally make the change I had always wanted.
My own experience of therapy began when I moved away to university at 18, a transition I found challenging. Since then, I’ve returned to therapy at different points in my life including during times of loss, bereavement and for personal growth. These experiences have deepened my self‑awareness and strengthened my belief in the power of therapy.
I have a range of experience working for a local mental health charity and with the NHS.
I bring over 20 years professional experience in Corporate HR advice coaching roles in both private and public sector.

As a Therapist, I am required as part of my registration with a professional body (BACP) to complete regular ongoing professional development. This is to ensure I provide the best possible support to clients by building knowledge and expertise.
