Taking the first step

As clients, we can feel vulnerable and taking the first step into therapy can be daunting. It might be the first time you’ve reached out for support or spoken openly about your situation. Even the thought of saying things out loud can feel scary. We’ll move at your pace, in your own time, creating space for you to feel safe, supported and understood.
